Terms of Service

hangarpad is a marketplace and directory. We aggregate publicly published rate and availability information for hangar and covered storage space, and we let owners list their own space. We are not a party to any rental, lease, or sale between users, we do not own or manage the spaces listed, and we do not guarantee any transaction.

Aggregated listings are facts compiled from third-party sources and are provided “as is.” Rates, availability, and details change often and may be out of date. Always confirm directly with the source or owner before relying on anything you see here. We don’t warrant that any information is accurate, complete, or current.

The hangarpad database — the selection, arrangement, and compilation of listings, airport data, prices, and availability — is our proprietary work, protected as a compilation regardless of whether individual facts are public. You may browse and use the site for your own, non-commercial hangar/storage search.

You may not, without our prior written permission: (a) access the site or its API by any automated means — bots, crawlers, scrapers, or scripts — except a search engine obeying our robots.txt; (b) copy, extract, harvest, or store any material portion of the listings or data; (c) republish, resell, or build a competing or derivative product or database from our content; or (d) bypass, disable, or circumvent any rate limit, access control, or other protection. These restrictions are a condition of access; exceeding them is unauthorized access. We may block, throttle, or pursue available legal remedies against violators.

You’re responsible for the accuracy and legality of anything you list, and you confirm you have the right to offer the space. You grant us a license to display your listing and photos on hangarpad. Don’t post anything false, misleading, unlawful, or that infringes others’ rights. We may edit or remove listings, and suspend accounts, at our discretion.

You may sign in with Google. You’re responsible for activity under your account. Manage links emailed for a listing grant edit rights to whoever holds them — keep them private.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SquidCode is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your use of the service or from any transaction between users. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
